"Angel Guerra-Chagolla, MA, SIP, WCCA, is a seasoned Global Risk Professional specializing in National Claims Management and Team Building. Her journey began as a mail clerk in 2008, fresh out of college in her early 30s. Within a year, she was promoted to a Claims Adjuster, demonstrating her dedication and competence. Angel’s career trajectory continued upward, and by 2013, she held the position of Operations Manager for a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in California. During her tenure, she built the entire state program, including Medical Provider Networks (MPN), Utilization Review (UR), and Service Provider panels.
Angel’s unique blend of Team Building skills and program development yielded impressive results. As an Entrepreneurship Coach at CSUSB, the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center, and the Veteran’s Chamber of Commerce, she provided a solid foundation for communication and business growth across diverse industries. Her mission centers on creating positive impacts within the business world, particularly in the Insurance industry.
Driven by her passion, Angel founded Beauty & Beast in Business and 3B National Consulting Group. She also transitioned into Risk Management for a global company, where her strategic approach led to a $3.5 million return in collateral and a 60% reduction in claims within the first year. As National Director of Risk, overseeing 25 lines of insurance for the US and Canada, she achieved a total return of over $13 million in collateral over six years.
Angel’s commitment extends to supporting others in navigating risks while fostering thriving businesses.
